TYPICAL INSPECTION PROCESS & TIMELINE

The client guides the engineer to areas of concern in their home or around their home such as cracks in the foundation or drywall, damaged structural members, doors that are difficult to open and close, water intrusion, or any walls they plan to remove.

Once the initial client walkaround is complete, Resolve Engineering will then take measurements to determine the cause of the issues observed by the client, determine if there are any foundation or structural issues, or take measurements of the home for wall removal inspections.

After the diagnosis/measurements are complete, immediate feedback will be provided to the client to explain what was found and what we would recommend to remedy the issue. We will explain what repairs will need to be completed to ensure the home is structurally sound or provide guidance on the next steps for a wall removal project.
